The room is not so big but the pictures are more or less correct (except the view from the window, see our picture). Everything seems new and works well. It is peaceful in general. The access is easy thanks to some codes to collect the keys and the contact with the owners is fine. There is a parking (which is a great plus in this city) and the beach is 1 mn walk from the building. Restaurants and bars are numerous nearby.

They have parking lots. We enjoyed the garden and the rural vibe During our stay there were no other guests but I am wondering if the proximity and the not so good isolation of the entrance hall/breakfast room from our rooms could be annoying in the high season. I would definitely separate the two with a door.

It was very spacious, well equipped, and it is a quiet and peaceful place. The perfect getaway to escape from the busy Cinque Terre. The train station is 10 min drive. Mattia is a very helpful host. He gave us a lot of information about the region. The communication was very good. We really recommend this stay!

Rooms were comfortable, super clean, though a bit stuff (especially those on the third floor). It is very conveniently located, close to the beach but on a quiet side road.

The appartement was cozy and contained all that's needed to enjoy your stay there. Our host was incredibly welcoming and kind : we advice you to trust his recommandations, he really does know the region! He also offers shuttle services to the city center if you wish to.
