We were travelling as a group of 3 and it is not easy to find triple rooms with some privacy options. This room delivered more than many big hotel chains in terms of offering divided sections. The room is maintained very properly. Maybe the amenities and the furnitures are not the latest model but they are fully functional and in fact providing better comfort than many newer rooms. There were 2 hair driers with good power. The windows have nets and there is enough space for 3 suitcases. The location is great! Right at the main street with many restaurants, shows and bars around. The staff is very kind and friendly. If I were to travel to Orbetello again, I'd choose this hotel.

Loved EVERYTHING about this stay. Two wonderful ladies run this shared apartment and they were nothing but kind, helpful, and welcoming to us Americans (who were far out of our language depth being in this small town). It started with us arriving to the train station in Orbetello unable to decipher how to buy a bus ticket to avoid the hour long walk to this apartment. Within a few minutes of messaging the property through this booking platform, they came and picked us up, personally driving us to their apartment. The owners gave us recommendations and business cards with their stamp to find discounts at businesses owned by their friends. I cannot say enough good things about these people and our stay in their home. Bed was incredibly large and comfortable and bathroom was perfectly clean. Kitchen is homey and easy to share with other guests. STAY HERE!

Very warm welcome and staff were very helpful in giving advice about the area. Room was comfortable and the aircon was a welcome relief in the hot weather. We were travelling by bicycles and they made sure we had a secure place to store them. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and although we spent more than we normally would the food and wine we had was amazing and the staff were extremely attentive and enthusiastic. We had to leave early the next day due to the heat and us cycling and they organised a takeaway breakfast for us which was greatly appreciated.

Two big bedrooms, each with a double bed, one also with a single bed. Bathroom has a washing machine, which was quite useful. Very nice owners, very helpful, a lot of useful information, arrived to help within minutes (from work), when we thought we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Francesco is a wonderful host - so attentive and helpful, and with great local knowledge. He's created something really special with the unique design of the accommodation building next to his parents' farmhouse. As well as the amazing aesthetics, the space is really well used. And as for the breakfast prepared fresh by Francesco's mother each morning... wow!

Beautiful, comfortable room in a lovely building in a great location to explore the little historic center. Good breakfast. And the price was surprisingly low! No one we know has heard of the area, seems to be more of an Italian family destination. There are wonderful beaches nearby - which are surprisingly rare on this beautiful coast.
