I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.

Beautiful property in a great location. We loved our room and it was wonderful to have a coffee on the terrace in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We made friends with the resident tortoise too! Elisabetta was a wonderful hostess. She recommended great local restaurants and was always quick to respond to questions. The apartment is very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is far from the city centre but has a good frequent bus connection to the centre. We met friendly landlady who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. Before arrival we were wondering if it was possible to provide dairyfree and glutenfree breakfest but she bought it for us, it was great. There is a coffee machine and also coffee capsules, tea, sugar, milk, .... Apartment is quiet, the windows face the courtyard so we slept well and I recommend to stay there.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the airport and 15 minutes to the railway station. You can easily walk into the city center, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The kindness we received there cannot be described. Everything was super, super good. I recommend it to everyone!
