Property was lovely and updated! Elias was very helpful and kind. The location was convenient to everything. Highly recommend and will book again if we come back to Venice.

Beautiful little apartment with so many lovely touches. Host provided us with all basic necessities and more - tea, coffee, milk, sugar, even yoghurts and brioche rolls for breakfast. We didn’t need to buy any provisions at all. Easy walking distance from train station and great location to explore Venice. We loved staying here - it was small but felt like home. Quiet, safe and gorgeous.

The property is in a perfect location…. A few minutes to lovely square with cafes, the De Vinci Museum and water taxis. The property is right on the canal, which you can see from the apartment. You can watch the go deals go by in the daytime and enjoy the quiet spot at night. The host was super helpful with directions and information about the area. A really lovely apartment with some charming traditional touches….

Charming apartment in a great location. Martina, our lovely host, was so helpful, sweet, and easy to reach. She really cares about her guests. There’s a binder full of helpful information, including recommendations of places to eat and visit. We also appreciated the small touches provided to make our stay more comfortable, including detergent for the washer and coffee for the Moka. We loved Venice and our stay at Ca Rialto. Grazie mille, Martina!

Our stay at LN Homes Venice was the best and we will highly recommend it to everyone who is going to Venice. Our host, Nico was exellent. He met us when we arrived with the taxi-boat, had a lot of recommandations for places to eat and was very flexible all the time. The apartment was very nice and had a great location, quiet and in a very nice area. The seafront of Venice was only a 5 minutes walk and Piazza San Marco 7 minutes. Very nice restaurants and cosy piazza's near the apartment. Nico: Thank you so much - we will be back:)

The property is very clean, right by the Laguna, where there is also a water bus stop, so it’s easily reachable. You can walk around 20-25 minutes to reach the San Marco square and the Venice city Center. The breakfast is really nice and you can actually have it anytime, as it’s self service. Location is quiet, nice restaurants and cafes also nearby. The hosts are really nice and friendly, also very helpful if you need directions in the city or recommendations. Great value for the money.

Great location close to St Mark's. Host communicated directly via whatsapp and pin-dropped the location that was handy to use on google maps. The host was was there to take the call when we had an issue. Although right above a bustling street, it was quiet at night with windows shut. AC & wi-fii worked well.

Alessandro and his team were so accommodating and took the time out of his busy day to give us the history of his family's beautiful home and the surrounding neighborhood. The room we stayed in used to be his grandpa's study and was very charming. The breakfast was awesome too. The area was very off the beaten path and quiet, but it is also just a short shared gondola ride to St. Mark's square. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!
