This place is in a nice quiet square with lots of fantastic local restaurants nearby, the room was huge with a great view over the canals, and Fabio and Nadia were absolutely lovely. The free breakfast was great too. Loved it! Excellent value for the area.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. My husband and I stayed here as a last part of our Italian honeymoon. The property is very well located a couple of minutes walks away from the Rialto bridge, but set a street back from the main canal so it is lovely and quiet for a good nights sleep. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the bathrooms are wonderfully modern and generously sized (not always easy to find in Italy). Everything was immaculately clean. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly, even helping us to our water taxi when it was time to say goodbye. We are hoping to have many more visits to Venice and stays at Residenza San Silvestro

Property was lovely and updated! Elias was very helpful and kind. The location was convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows, which btw included soft and hard options for those pillow snobs ha. The included breakfast at the cafe was fantastic!
