The stuff was very helpful, they gave us all information we needed in advance (about parking, ZTL, self check-in). We were coming late in the evening so we needed to self check-in, they gave us precise instructions and everything went smooth. The room was nice and cozy (and very quiet also), we had really good night sleep there and felt refreshed in the morning. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of fresh food choices.

We stayed five nights and she prepared every morning a surprising breakfast and gave us a lot of usefull information. Volterra is a very beautiful and relatively quiet small city and only four kilometres away.
