It was a real autenthic Japanese experience, being close to nature, the silence, the smell, all made it a real relaxing holiday. The owner was very nice and helped with everything he could. If you want a glimpse of the Japanese countryside, I can only recommend.

We arrived quite late and hosts still take the time to walked us through the facility to welcome us then serve the dinner. The 12 course dinner was unforgettable and each of the dish was truely made with the best local ingredients and the craftmanship of masterchefs. He took very good care of us and made sure we had a taxi picking us up whenever we needed it, explained what we were eating at breakfast, and how to do it properly.
