What raises this guesthouse to another level is the helpfulness of the owner. On arrival he helped me sort out a permit for Hallasan and explained transport. On my last day, he saw me heading out to a launderette with a bag of dirty clothes. He stopped me and said he would do my washing for free. Host was nice and speaks English , arranged a taxi for us.. early morning to catch a flight.. walk to city hall 15 min to take bus to west Jeju or South Jeju

Basic kitchen equipment is available for use. Host is helpful and charming. The hotel is situated on a high ground overlooking the beautiful Jeju city. A few convenience stores & supermarket are around within 5 minutes’ walking distance. A variety of restaurants are just nearby.

BUT ALL RUINED by a cheap bed that was ike sleeping on a ricketry shoe box. Everytime I moved.. it woke my partner and vice versa.. BUT that is only half the story.. IT WAS HARD.. like sleeping on cardboard. The worse bed I ever s;ept in period. Totally exhausted ater a night of continued waking. Our room was spacious and clean, very well equipped, we even did our laundry twice. The parking lot was big enough and the next bus stop was just a few steps away. It's located in a very quiet neighbourhood, we walked to Dongmun market which is not too far away.

It is also a 45 minute taxi ride away from Jeju Hado Kayak Experience—where we spent the day kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Peter, the host, was very attentive and went over and beyond to meet our needs. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and he helped us find a camping store where we could buy some needed supplies.
