What can I say LOCATION is amazing close to train station, Bus line and the nightlife is close yet located in quiet area you can’t hear the loud music and still can get good nights rest. Brian ( 근오빠 ) was an amazing host he really knows how to look after his guests. I highly recommend doing his DMZ personal tour - I saw North korean soldiers literally was really interesting and Brian is very informative and open to any questions left right and centre. The property is very cosy and and staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and very clean. We had a twin room and bathroom was big and spacious. We Met amazing other travellers staying at Bunk so perfect for you solo travellers to meet and mingle. If you opt for Brian’s Korean BBQ party just beware of his soju bombs they are a killer!!! Made Good memories and lasting friendships made. I will definitely be back next time I’m in South Korea. Thanks 근오빠 and 근언니 for your wonderful hospitality.

This was the first place I stayed in during my trip to Korea - and it exceeded all expectations. I arrived early, but the owner let me leave my luggage and lent me an umbrella. When I returned to check in, he gave me a (big) tasty cake as a welcome gift! The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The beds are on the hard side (normal for Korea), but comfortable. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE. A feast of delicious Korean dishes, which are freshly cooked and change each day. A quick and easy laundry service is available at a competitive price. The location in Yeonnam-dong is also perfect - it's a 10-minute walk to the metro and the busy part of Hongdae, but the neighbourhood surrounding the guesthouse is really chill and full of fantastic cafes and restaurants. This place is excellent value for Seoul - book it now!
