Lovely property with wonderful staff. Nelson (owner) helped us with transportation to and from the property which was much appreciated. We had dinner two out of three nights while there and he is a great cook and serves huge portions. Beach is beautiful and quite calm relatively speaking. Beach beds are available to hotel guests right on the beach.

Outstanding place Excellent breakfast Kind hosting family. Very kind morning waiter. Excellent English speakers...an opportunity to chat about lot of subjects. They really care for your comfort. Every amenity has a special touch , from flowers to napkins. Provided also assistance for shopping, dinner, trips and airport transfer. Quite location away from mass tourism buzz but tuk-tuk transport free of charge. Hope to come again. Thanks a lot!!

This family run guest house is well located near the beach and far enough so you don’t have too much noise from the train. The mum provided a massive breakfast every morning which was too much to finish! We would highly recommend

The host is really friendly, everything was super clean, exceptional breakfast, the room is really comfortable and clean, the location is waking distance to the beach! Good value for money! Wifi is available but it’s slow in general in that area I am sure it was highest possible speed. If I ever come back to Bentota I’ll definitely stay there!

Amazing ambiance, it’s like coming into an oasis with all the plants and interiors. The couple who owe the place are very friendly and the food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend this place.

This is most definitely one of the best places in Sri-Lanka. The host Nilan was very helpful. He drove us around in his car and showed many beautiful places. The room was clean, with good air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen. Hotel territory is well cared for and offers a view on the lake. Boat tours and beautiful lake sunsets are very special and will be a nice bonus to your stay. We felt like home with the host family. They even cooked traditional Sri-Lankan food for us! Nilan knows the island very well and can drive you to a tea factory, moonstone mine, turtle rescue center and other places. If you ever in Sri-Lanka - don't miss out, stay at Sun Kiss Lagoon Hotel. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a lovely place to stay, the hotel has only 2 rooms for now the rest is under construction so the rooms so furniture and everything inside the room is need. the service is really really good and the owner Praba provided us everything we needed/asked.
