The place is super nice and peaceful. The breakfast was great, rooms has a pleasant atmosphere. There is a got shower and super new, clean swimming pool! Noce viewe over the lagoon. The owner was so lovely and very supportive. Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend!

We booked at 20h30 to arrive the same day, and check in closed by 21h00. We get there around 22h00 and naturally, the place was closed as they didn't expect to receive us. Never the less we shouted from the gate and someone heard us and opened the door for us. Inside we were greater by Volker, a German gentleman, owner of the hotel, who appologiesed for the whole situation (even if it was on out foult the whole mess). The room we booked wasn't ready, but an even better room than the one we booked was available and offered to us at the same rate that we had paid. The short staff on call by thar hour promptly arranged for some food for us (life saver has we had been driving for 4 hours to get there). Overall it was an excellent experience, very professional and extremely friendly, so much considering the hassle we caused when arriving. At the end we extended our stay one more night, has the time we scheduled simply wasn't enough to enjoy the amazing atmosphere at Vila Rosa.
