Details: - the bed is comfortable, - the breakfasts are good, there are several options, - excellent location, away from the noisy main street of Mirissa and at the same time 5 minutes from the sea - beautiful area. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The room was cleaned once, after about 5 days. It was comfortable option for us.

Friendliest woman of all time runs this accommodation. I can't recommend staying here enough. Smack dab in the middle of Mirissa, right across the street from the main beach, but the other breaks aren't too far away. The rooftop view of the place is beautiful and that is where you eat the best, locally made Sri-Lankan breakfast of all time. So much food and everything was soooooo good. Room was neat and large with a large, nice bathroom.

Ishan was superfriendly and welcoming. You´re staying with his parents which makes it a great homestay experience, she made us a delicious rice and curry with fish the father had caught that day. The hut is simple, but really nice, we didn´t need anything else. It´s 10 minutes from the beach so you don´t hear the pounding beats that much, although on Saturday night we did hear them (but I guess that´s everywhere in Mirissa). I would highly recommend!

The accommodation is modern and clean, great aircon, UK plug sockets. Pleasant breakfast, limited evening menu but the Sri Lankan curry is authentic and freshly cooked. The property is about 5 minutes walk to (not so) secret beach, with a couple of beach bars and restaurants .
