The room itself was amazing including the view. The staff was super noice. I was incredibly lucky to get an upgraded room with a sea view. In the room you also can find a kettle, fridge, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. The bed might be huge even for 2 people. So alone i slept as a starfish 😅

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to the hotel until almost midnight but they were up waiting for us and made the check-in process as quick and easy as possible. We didn't have the right change to give the Taxi driver and the front desk attendant didn't hesitate in helping us give the right amount to the Taxi and gave us the remaining change the next morning as he didn't have it on hand but still helped us out! He went out of his way to help us, he carried our luggage up the stairs and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we had to leave at 5am the next morning to catch the seaplane. He ordered us a local (and cheaper) taxi back to the airport to make our transfer as easy and comfortable as possible! Cannot speak highly enough of the friendly service, as they went far beyond what we were expecting to help us :) The room was very clean and inviting. The shower/hot water was great. The air conditioning was amazing. Exceeded expectations for the price.
