About a 15 minute walk to a small shopping center in Area 10 with a few restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a fan and mosquito net. The staff are wonderful. Sarah is a joy. So helpful and accommodating. The breakfast included in the price was very tasty (and enormous!). WIFI works well. The guesthouse offers transport into the city center for a reasonable price.

Also her team is very proffessional and the food was tasty. It is very near to shopping center and 3 kilometers to the City center, which was convenient for work as well as for pleasure.
