Owners are relatively new but were very kind and friendly and also took the time out to get to know their guests which doesn't happen often in other places. Walkable to the city centre or a motorbike taxi. Chipiku, kips and ekhaya food centre is available in the city centre. Hiking to the zomba plateau can be done alone starting for the chipiku store. However, if you need a guide, there is someone available if you check with the reception. The staff is extremely welcoming. Outdoor garden and the seating are extremely lit and beautiful.

The place is small, and it is away from the town so it was a very quiet and relaxing place to be. Getting a taxi to town or further open the mountain was a good price too so the location was good.

I would not stay there again since there are better options for much cheaper in the area. One night stay was enough. It's a shame because it's a beautiful hotel.

We could do our laundry and really liked the books and games and chill area. Extended out stay because it was awesome. Food also good and there are possibilities to cook for yourself. Best of both worlds.
