I stayed here for a total of 12 days for a work trip. The ambience and facilities were really good. The staffs especially the person in charge, Jason, was accommodating. I had a few troubles on my first day as I was new to self check in and the location. Jason was really helpful and guided me thoroughly. I encountered some cleanliness issues with guests for a day or two. The staffs were quick to address the issue. Generally, as a solo female traveller, I felt safe at this property too. At first, I never had high hopes on this property/maintenance as I paid a very low price for my stay in a private room at this place. However, it actually exceeded my expectations. Well done to the team! Highly recommended place to stay whenever you're in Penang!

The owner is extremely friendly ! The place is super clean. I could walk bare feet. They clean the hostel every day. I'm impressed how they have 2 male house keepers. The hostel isn't big, but they have two cleaning men who keep all things clean 24/7 The location is far from town, but if you are into nature. You would love this place. You can take the bus to town if you want to ! You can travel to Penang Hill and the nearest water fall. You can find super cheap and authentic foods nearby. The hostel will send you long lists of restaurants and what to do nearby to your whatsapp. I'm pretty surprised because this price in Thailand you will get only bed and unclean bathroom but there you could get free laundry, hair dryer , balcony, water , water heater , fridge.

The guesthouse was well prepared with all the basic necessities such as iron, washing machine, microwave, water dispenser and hairdryer.
