We were amazed by the precise instructions the owners provided (regarding everything within the house), free Netflix, good WiFi, free parking place, comfy bed, nice towels, and plenty of small but so important details (we received also recommendations where to go for shopping, to the beach, the restaurants and backery which owners visit regularly, including mentioned distance and address of each place). We could use beach gear, iron, crockery, coffee maker, etc. The room was clean and cozy, and there was extra heating in the room and bathroom. And a small table & chairs to chill in the garden:)

It was quiet in the night, the bed was comfortable, no problems with the kitchen equipment or water or bathroom. Communication with the host was very good. We did not have any issues, but the fact that the host lives in the same building did not represent a problem. The beach is literally 3 min away from the studio. Thats a big plus.

The apartment was very spacious, the furnishings were very comfortable. Having a glorious sea view from the kitchen sink made washing up (almost) a joy.
