What I like about the place it is within the city so I didn't have to use my car, I also like the free carpark right outside the Guest house. I can't complain because I have a bed to sleep on there's a shower and toilet and laundry. So as long those needs are available I am happy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday home in Rotorua, located just a short distance from the famous Skyline attraction. This two bedroom home was the perfect base for my family's holiday and I couldn't have been more impressed. First of all, the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the Skyline in just a few minutes, making it easy to visit multiple times during our stay. The home was also close to many other popular attractions in Rotorua, such as the Redwoods forest and the Polynesian Spa.

The view down to the lake is great. The apartment is huge, super clean and separate from the owner’s house. The deck has views toward the lake and was a lovely place to have dinner - prepared in a modern kitchen with everything you’d ever want. The owners, Deb and Mark, we’re great hosts and we feel privileged to have been able to stay here.

Although the access was with key code which often makes accommodation rather impersonal , the friendly owners kept regular contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
