Wonderfull...... It was a sort of villa I guess... Total 4 rooms with attached Washroom + following common facilities available * indoor small swimming pool * kids playing area * Sitting area (Majlis) * a kitchen * very beautiful garden maintained inside Overall very satisfying and great value of money👍💯

The pool is super. Wadi Shab just 5min on foot. Everything very comfortable. Quite Place. Super Host. Perfect size of the apartment. Thank you, we had a very nice time!

The place only has 6 rooms, so it is quiet. The owner was very helpful and friendly, also the staff was extremely kind. The deluxe room next to the pool was nice and spacious. The room located in the middle of the terrace was small and it did not have a fridge. The villa has a small private beach (steep stairs!). It also has a pool, but it was not heated, in December it was refreshing. It is located very close to the Wadi Shab starting point, you can even walk there. It is far from Tiwi center and restaurants, you need to go there by car. We paid extra for breakfast, which was very rich and tasty (eggs, toasts, sausage, beans, toasts, fruits, tea, juice), the price was 2.5 OMR/person. The view from the terrace to the sea was amazing. Overall we liked the place. But we had better value/price accomodations during our journey in Oman.

The kindness of the staff specially Farhan he was really helpfull, take good care of us and makes sure we feel like home :) The location, very close to different wadis We stay in a bubble room and was very well isolated and AC worked properly also the wifi signal was pretty good.
