It was a fantastic place to get over the altitude sickness of the first days in Cusco area. We arrived here right from the airport, could check in early and spent the full day lying in bed with the headache. But it really was the best place for it! They have a very nice restaurant right on site, and their light quinoa soup was the best to not be hungry but also not overload the system either. They also serve come coca leaves tea. So we could rest nicely and feel great the next morning, and catch the train to Machu Picchu - which was right there :) By the way, there was absolutely no noise in the room, and a beautiful view over a mountain.

It is located in a quiet location about 8 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas of Ollantaytambo and 15 mins walk to the train and bus stations. It’s accessible on a cobbled pathway by foot or on a paved road by taxi or tuk-tuk although either way, there are some steps to climb. Great breakfasts and super-friendly and helpful staff!

The best hostel I have seen here in Peru. Liz is a lovely and very welcoming person, the room had all we needed (even a hair dryer). The view from the terrace on the top is beautiful! Absolutely recommended!!

This gem is perfect if you re looking for home vibes in the middle of nature, with peace and quiet and the company of a lovely cat and dog. The owner is super friendly even with the language barrier. He did his best to help us ! Also he accommodated for my vegan breakfast request and it was very good. The place is very well decorated with pretty sharing spaces ! Rooms are nice and clean I would definitely recommend !

Very friendly landlords, rooms are clean and comfortable, shower had a lot of hot water, wifi was strong,central location, quiet, comfortable beds.

The views were absolutely to die for. I had a shared 4 bed room and had no problems there at all. The first night I even had the place to myself. The beds were decent and did not bother me one bit. The shower had hot water which is always a plus. And because it is a little bit of a walk (less than a mile) from the city center, you get a much more calmer environment without all of the crazy music and honking.

Location was amazing! Right around the corner from the central plaza. The rooftop gives a beautiful view of the Incan ruins and mountains. Our room and bathroom were big with a TV (Netflix & YouTube). The bed was very comfortable and the hostel extremally clean. There was an issue with the cost of our washing but communication was easy and fast with the staff so it was resolved no problem!
