Pension is 20 minutes' walk from the closest beach. It is 10 minutes' drive from Vaiuru village and Raivavae Airport.

We had a magical stay at Pension Vaimano with Clarisse. We are so happy we chose this location to stay on the island. The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable. What we enjoyed the most were the delicious breakfast and dinners when we really got to learn more about the culture and island from Clarisse. The motu trips were just a dream - the water, the beach and the lunch cooked right on the motu with everything from the land — fresh fish and fruits! Don’t miss the hike to Mount Hiro either. Raivavae is a very special and untouched place and staying at Pension Vaimano was the most authentic way to experience it. This trip was transformative for us and really touched our hearts.     I spent my birthday at the pension and the owner brought me to the motu for a day excursion, an amazing place. What a gift. Additionally she backed a bitrhday cake.🎂
