Sandra the owner welcomed me with a smile and a tour of her lovely guesthouse. Every room is spacious including my bedroom on second floor which overlooked the ocean in the distance. Sandra is friendly with a positive attitude who provides information of attractions close by. Easily recommend Pérola Achadense Guesthouse!

Beautiful home! Very well appointed and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was especially nice, but since the weather was a bit cooler we didn’t use it too much. Parking was easy and we had a big van. Good space for lots of people. Quiet little town but easy to drive to all the sites in São Miguel.

The room was very comfortable with access to the balcony. The kitchen is big and there is enough space for all guests to cook and eat. Everything was extremely clean and they provide extra towels for those who want to go to the hot springs. I definitely recommend staying at Victoria Guest House!

The nicest lady is the host, not very much english though. Great location in town across from the Terra Nostra. Free parking close by. Pool in the summer looked nice.

We had an excellent 3-night stay at the guesthouse. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom and good shower. Comfy bed. Good heatpump-style room heaters that worked well and were easy to control. Big and well equipped kitchen. The location for exploring the northeast corner of the island is exceptional (our favorite part of Sao Miguel). Very nice electronically gated parking. Highly recommended.
