The room was very comfortable with access to the balcony. The kitchen is big and there is enough space for all guests to cook and eat. Everything was extremely clean and they provide extra towels for those who want to go to the hot springs. I definitely recommend staying at Victoria Guest House!

Beautiful home! Very well appointed and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was especially nice, but since the weather was a bit cooler we didn’t use it too much. Parking was easy and we had a big van. Good space for lots of people. Quiet little town but easy to drive to all the sites in São Miguel.

The room itself is modern, nice bed, there were tea bags and biscuits :) the hotel has the washing machine and the dryer, which is very convinient. the host was very responsive.

The check-in was easy, the instructions were provided remotely by the host via phone. Common areas (kitchen, living room) are very nicely decorated, and the kitchen is also fully equipped and useful. It's a very confortable house, well furnished and quiet. We enjoyed it although we were out most of the time to explore. The location is convenient to explore the east of the island and the center, provided you have a car. Walkable distance from the center of furnas. We didn't see our host but contact was flawless. Would definitely recommend.
