Good facilities. Good location near airport and, at the same time, very quiet. Public transport takes you very fast to the center of the city. Public parking is not free, but is cheap and easy to pay and update. If you do not want to prepare it yourself, good breakfast is at 10' walking distance. Organization and the information provided by the manager is excellent and helps you a lot during your stay.

Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
