It was good value for money. The guesthouse is a good ‘hostal’ standard. It is clean, warm, eclectic and colourful and the bed and pillows are surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom / shower was also very good.

Great location 2 streets back from the river with a nice view of a quiet square. Lovely continental breakfast. A special mention to the Indian young man Gircharnjit who was learning how to do everything. He was very polite & working hard & did his best to make sure we were OK with everything, including offering ideas of where to visit.

The studio is clean, with everything you need, and in a great location - walking distance to everything, including the ferry to the beach and and the town centre, but very quiet. What really made the difference was the kindness of the host, who went out of her way to let us know about things we would have missed, from another showing of a film we thought we were going to miss, to a train strike that might have messed up our trip back, and is also arranging to send some stuff we left behind.

Great location in the middle of the town. Easy to find, easy parking outside (not free on work days but very cheap). Lots of cafés and restaurants around. Short walk to the boat to Tavira island where the beach is. Very friendly host, who lives in the house and is always happy to help with anything. She even cooked meals for us. Nice outside area where we could eat.
