The villa is very cool. Room, view, bathroom, everything is super. The location is excellent, we used the car, but you can get to the beach and walk - the villa is located on a hill. I also liked the service - you will always be helped in everything, there is a manager and an employee in sight. There is a large kitchen, barbecue and parking. The price was good and we liked everything.

Please read the review as it maybe pertinent to your stay. The apartment is located uphill,with a very steep slope. You will have to carry the bags for almost 50 metres ( on a steep slope) from the car parking space. Having said that, the apartment itself is wonderful, and well equipped. It has breath taking views of the ocean. Has a nice garden as well. The hosts are lovely and try to make your stay comfortable. A good location if you plan to visit beaches of south Mahe.

First of all, communication with Ms. Ludmila was easy and fast via WhatsApp. She picked us up herself from the airport for 30€ and she showed us where the local diner, supermarket and beach are. Her villa was well-maintained and spotless. Room was as in photos and stocked with essentials: soaps, towels, shampoo, tissues, and a hairdryer. Seybreeze villa is stationed uphill overlooking the sea which makes for a fabulous view. To reach the local diner, etc. requires quite a walk which is easy downhill, less so on the way up. I'm not so fit but I walked it fine carrying only a half-full backpack. If you have a lot of things with you though, renting a car is the way to go. Ms. Ludmila prepared a continental breakfast that was 10€ per person which was simple yet scrumptious: toast with butter and jam, sliced fruits, coffee, scrambled eggs and sausages with a side of avocados and tomatoes. It was so good, I wanna eat again :)

Simply everything! Best view for the sunset. It was also very comfortable, that there's a cleaning included every 2nd day (as there's always a lot of sand around after the beaches).

We had a excellent time at this property. We had a big apartment with a big terrace and a sea view. it was very clean and the hosts were very nice. Breakfast was good and Shahan was very kind to us, polite and helpful. He made our stay even better. Also location was very convenient. Totally recommend staying at this property.
