This is a family-style hotel run by a couple. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the bustling city. It is very close to the night market and the beach. You can also choose to buy food materials in the nearby market and cook for yourself in this hotel. There is a shared kitchen on the first floor. The landlord is very nice and the service is very meticulous. I hope we can see you again.

The customer service is exceptional. My room was very comfortable and I slept amazingly well. It was like a little apartment with my own entry. The pool was right outside the back patio doors of my room. The water was pleasantly warm. It is shaded in the afternoon, so maybe not a spot for sunbathing. Kata Beach is a 15 minute walk and there are lots of shops along the way for souvenirs and food. The couple that runs it is incredibly hospitable. They have U.S. hospitality experience and took very good care of me. I had booked a taxi through Booking.com for my arrival and it was a disaster, so I requested help with my return. Gift arranged my early morning taxi for my departure flight and that trip went very smoothly. She also got a taxi for me to see the Big Buddha and also priced some other options for sightseeing for me, although my trip was short and I ended up not doing them. I had a multi-destination trip and this was by far my favorite stay because it was so stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay, a big pool view the apartment, near the main avenue with lots of stores to buy from, few minutes from beach walking. the host eas very friendly and helpful giving us tips for taking local tours.

Location was directly opposite Kata beach, lots of restaurants, massage parlours and shops around. Food was also really great at the restaurant, this really surprised me but we got the whole sea bass with chilli and lime and it was the best fish I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve been very fortunate to eat all around the world). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The value for money was fantastic. It isn’t super fancy but it doesn’t claim to be, it was clean, we got complimentary water and the pictures were the same.

Good and rather cheap place to stay. It's in the heart of the night market, but still no noices in the room (at least on the 3rd floor). Helpful staff. Also you can book the island trips here.
