The owners/staff are so friendly and courteous. The room I was in had a balcony view of the surrounding streets. The area feels alive at all hours, with plentiful eating options and amenities on your doorstep, and so many nice beaches etc easy to get to. I recommend using a rideshare app to travel by motorbike around to the beaches - it's so fun to zip around this area, in particular the route to Kamala beach.

This was down a back street and when we arrived there it was like a home away from home , Joy was so lovely and welcoming she gave us a big hug when we arrived which was lovely . The room was big and had a kitchen area and washing machine and dryer in the room which was great , there was filtered water machines on every floor which was great to have . Joy is the best host we have ever had and was sad to leave to her we will definitely come back and stay with Joy again!

The place is relatively clean (no cobwebs in the corners), we got fresh water everyday, there is a water kettle in the room and a huge bed. The place is very close to the beach and right next to 7-eleven. Although close to the main street, could sleep very well. The AC and the wifi were working wonders.
