All is clean and my room was quiet. For me (i was travelling by big bike) a good place to rest for one night. There is a big shopping mall across the street with excellent food opportunities.

Relaxing landscaped garden to sit in, well appointed, simply decorated & furnished rooms . We chose a delicious breakfast of French toast, fruit & coffee. Staff helpful & polite. Excellent value for money.

It was an easy stay - and I stayed for two weeks. Bicycle was borrowed easily and the scooter to rent worked fine. Clean room and cleaned daily (as you request). The downstairs rooms are okay for a short stay, but they lack windows onto light - but okay for the price. Nearby (15 mins stroll on foot) are a few Myanmar-run and Thai-run restaurants.

It looks quite nice from the outside and is just as fine inside .... clean, everything working well, tons hot hot water. The complimentary breakfast was basic perfect to get the morning started right! it is walking distance from many restaurants and Robinson's Lifestyle mall.
