When we arrived at the hotel, it found out that the room is located on the first floor with no view from the windows on nature at all, but again thanks to the admin, she changed the room with no extra payments. Breakfasts are great, plenty of everything. Close to the ticket office. There are restaurants and a small shop near by. Pay attention to the view from the room, because it depends on the type of your booked accommodation.

Polite and professional personnel. All is good with the room isolation; we didn't have a problem with that, which is normal in a chalet. The road up to the hill wasn't that bad either we didn't have any issues. Tasty food at the restaurant, though it won't be exactly cheap, more in line with Bukovel standards.

All gets get a 10% discount at the nearby rental place which is way cheaper than to rent at the Bukovel ski rentals. The hosts are tentative and take very good care of all of your needs. The house is well equipped, and the hosts living nearby are helpful and hospitable. It's quiet, but also not far from the main part of Bukovel, so accessing the shops and ski lifts is easy. Parking is easy. Barbecue and open fire are very romantic. Beds are very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure all good.

The location is good, and there is a grocery shop just in the building, with ski rental nearby (across the bridge). Also, you can ask in that ski rental for a beginner slope which is located very close to the apartment (and much cheaper from Bukovel).
