The location of the hotel couldn't be better, you only need a couple of minutes to get to Ichan-kala. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The rooms have everything that one needs during one's trip. The host is very friendly. I asked for an early breakfast (beyond normal hours) as I had to head to the airport early in the morning, and it turned out not to be a problem. We were also offered tea when we wanted, this is really nice. There's a nice restaurant right around the corner. Definitely best value for money and the best hotel among those we stayed at in Uzbekistan. I highly recommend.

It was my first stay in a guesthouse in the country and it was the best one! Very nice family, the breakfast is great with a very nice view. One of the best point to see the sunrise actually in the city. The room was warm all the time during my stay (starting winter) perfect! And the beds very comfy. Excellent WiFi for work!
