+ Very good facilities: Super comfy beds (2 pillows), curtains, big lockers, heather in the rooms as well as common areas (it was around 5 °C when I was there), massage chair + check-in in the middle of the night as the nightbus arrived way before check-in time => This hostel saved my Vietnam trip. My phone had gotten lost on the night bus to Ninh Binh and the owner made everything within her power to help me get it back (call the bus company, accompaning me to the police station , driving me to the bus station). And guess what, I got the phone back! Would go back again and again

This hotel was so accommodating. We ended up only being in Ninh Binh for one day and didn’t even stay at the property overnight. The service was amazing. Our luggage was safe, we rented a reliable motorbike on site, and had a nice shower after a day in the sun. The staff even helped us with a last minute VIP sleeper bus. Highly recommend.
