This is my second time staying there...it is my place when traveling from Gatwick.

Located 22 km from Box Hill, Cristina Modern offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a terrace. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It was the perfect size for what I needed. All of the sheets and towels were crisp and clean and the place had everything I needed for my overnight before my early flight the following day. Walking distance to the airport might be the best feature.

At the guest house, all rooms come with a wardrobe. At 18 Ledra Drive each room has a private bathroom and bed linen. Pagham Getaways exceeded our expectation. We stayed in room 2 which was a decent size double room with an amazing bath, supplied with bubble bath to use as needed. The added touches like tea and coffee making in the room is so simple but really made our stay! The location of the house is perfect, over looking the beach and not to far from the local amenities which are easy to access by a short walk. We has such a quiet and peaceful stay at Pagham Getaways and although we were not the only guests in the accommodation, we did not notice we were not alone. We only booked to stay one night due to other plans however we would have happily stayed longer. Rosie popped by on the Saturday morning and was very friendly and welcoming, was happy to stand and talk to us! Would definitely be coming back here, we have already looked to book up again early next year and thinking of booking later in the year to really enjoy the use of the beach right on the door step.
