The staff are super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. English for some of them is a struggle, but one can always get around that. The Manager helped us with a private driver, various ticket purchasing, etc. Very professional. Coffee, tea, and little snacks are available - for free - all the time.

Adisucipto Airport is a 10-minute drive away. This is an amazing place if you want to immerse yourself into local culture. The host family was extremely helpful and provided me with lots of local experiences and ideas. If possible ask the host to help you with a ride to the airport or your next destination. I did and he was more of a local tour than transport. Can’t recommend this family enough.
