Try breakfast buffet at Casa di Goa which is just 1 min walk from the property. The staff and the rooms were very good. Feels like home. Also they have good contacts for car. Just give a call to Vilas Pednekar. He will arrange everything. He is a very good person. We went for our Wife's birthday and he arranged everything and did not charge us a single penny. It was a great stay

Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store.

Please note there is no AC on this property as we have a traditional style tiled roof layout. Comfy bed, good position, clean, helpful staff, well priced.
