Certain rooms at the property have a terrace with a sea view. I stayed here with my son for a couple of nights and found the Hillside Inn Scirocco very charming. The Inn itself is very tidy and set in beautiful natural surroundings, which include a well tended garden and outdoor hot pool for exclusive use for guests. The sea view from the room was amazing and, along with the birdsong, lovely to wake up to. Breakfast was amazing, wholesome and freshly prepared every day. The owners are very kind although it probably helps to be able to speak Japanese. Overall, we had a great time!

The atmosphere at the quest house was quite informal, so therefore very comfortable. The host, Kamijo, was enormously the reason for this. He handled requests from his guests with ease and a sense of calmness, hence creating a relaxing situation for everyone staying there. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the Chiba City area or even Tokyo area, and I will probably bring my family with me as there is a remarkable family room that could accommodate several members (4+) of the family, and even friends!
