The wonderful hospitality of Vivanh, the hostess, and everyone (and the cats) here made my stay so pleasant! A couple of very nice restaurants around. The place itself is charming: in colonial style and by the river, the room is cool, airy and have terrace looking over the backyard. the night is so quiet that you hear insects chirping. The location is a bit off from center, but it's an easy distance and very nice by bike/scooter or ferry.

Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the guest house. Organized room, fresh linens, perfect blind door/windows, hot shower and great coffee tea every morning. Andy and other staff are very friendly and let me know the tips to enjoy the locals. That's why the atmosphere is awesome among guests. For me, eye mask or ear plugs are NOT needed even though the morning market(around 5am-11am) is in front of the property! And also air conditioner(made in Japan) is no needed too in the end of Nov. You're lucky. You should definitely stay if there's availability.

Motorbike, train tickets, airport pick-up, train station transfer. you wont find someone as kind and as helpful as him. Breakfast is good but simple. The room are spacious and the wifi works great

Staff was great, kindly helped with bus tickets and kept a duffle bag for us for 5 days. Breakfast was good.
