I loved the peace and quiet as the place is surrounded by trees so you literally sleep in the middle of the forest. The host Michael is sweet beyond words. The moment I opened my door a mug of fresh hot coffee with some yummy pastries were waiting for me served on the sunny porch. I will be returning that’s for sure. Thank you Michael🙏

The hosts were very welcoming when I arrived in the night- there was a really nice juice on arrival and the daughter Nithya was helpful in recommending places to visit in Kataragama and in organising a safari in Yala. Meals were great (including take away breakfast during safari), everything was clean and there was AC in the bedroom. There’s also a bicycle to use to get around in. Would highly recommend a night here if you plan to explore Yala national park.

Very closer to the Kataragama temple as well. The owner Mr. Dinesh and his wife were very helpful. We will visit once again to this awesome place. We definitely recommend this guests house.

A car rental service is available at the guest house. I loved it. It actually costs more to use the Aircon but I didn't need it, even though it was the hottest time of year and I nap at noon. The hotel is surrounded by a Garden, which keeps it cool. I loved this town, surrounded by lots of pretty rural roads to wander. The staff were really kind and the location was perfect, a short walk from the bus station.
