Buliding itself is new and modern and facing the beach. There is a big grocery store and a few restaurants and bars around, and Porto Novi is on a very short walking distance.

Set just off the promenade with access from the back yard the location was perfect. Free parking just off the main road was great too. The breakfast each morning was homemade and super delicious. The little apartment had everything including a nice little view from the balcony.

The closest restaurant was 20 mins away by foot, but there is a small beverage and snack dispenser at the Apartments. We enjoyed our stay.

In this garni hotel you immediately feel welcome and at ease. The owner is a charming person who is there to help you in a amical way. You do not have the impression that this is "commercial" friendliness, this is real. He also had nice stories to tell. We had a room with a balcony and view on the see ... wonderful! Breakfast is perfect, local and very tasty. You can walk down the stairs next to the building to the promenade, it is just perfect!
