Kitchen facilities were great and all facilities were perfectly clean. Rooms were great too. Location was excellent and one of the best in Flåm, in our opinion. It made our stay in Flåm so relaxing. Special mention to Joe for making us feel so welcome - we loved your company! Thanks for everything.

We were welcomed by the very friendly manager who showed us the place and our rooms, Very charming and historical old, yet refurbished, farmhouse overlooking the village and valley. We had access to a huge kitchen with everything needed to store food and prepare meals. If you cant be bothered to make your own meals its less than 5 minutes walk down to the Skjolden Hotel which has an amazing restaurant. Would absolutely recommend Eide Gaard.

Lærdalsøren Motor Guesthouse is the perfect hotel for car and motorcycle tourists. The hotel is surrounded by fantastic driving roads deep in the Sognefjord. From us they get tips on where to drive to get the best nature experience in Norway. Everything was perfect! There were only two booked rooms so they didn’t serve breakfast, but they opened one room with kitchen for us so we could have used that and help ourselves :)
