All in all a wonderful time in Al Hamra and Bait Al Aali

Car hire is available at this guest house and the area is popular for hiking. We loved this place! It smelt so clean and was so clean the moment we stepped foot inside. There js a communal kitchen, but we also had a fridge in our room. There was a beautiful place in the back to sit and relax. Hamed arranged a tour for us to Jabal Shams and it was so convenant and fantastic and well priced. Honestly this place exceeded my expectations.

At the inn every room has a private bathroom. After spending a few days on the road earlier, this place felt like a desert oasis, and although it's hidden in the old town it's still easy to navigate your car to the premises. The Inn has two (2!) small pools, indoor + outdoor, and breakfast of champions, served in a beautiful, almost jungle-like atrium. All the staff were incredibly kind and fun, plus they even had a hair dryer for us to borrow! The room was great, cool and clean, with subtle lighting, but the best part were the little locks on entrance doors. Absolutely adorable!
