Johnny, the owner, was so kind, accomodating, and went well above what was needed to make our stay so wonderful. The pictures of the villa on line only show a fraction of its beauty.....it is AMAZING!! Johnny cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. We ate out on the veranda over looking the ocean ejoying his delicious coffee. He was the kindest host I have ever met. We are already planning a trip back!!!

Super helpful staff that assist you with info and reservation for your trip, good location, the swimming pool for and end of day refreshment also nice! HOSTAL IBRAIS, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Panama City, 8.1 km from Bridge of the Americas, 8.4 km from Ancon Hill, as well as 8.9 km from Rod Carew National Stadium. I have never experienced such kind helpful staff. Manuel goes above and beyond to help. When we arrived we were having contacting a airline to arrange a ticket refund- he could not have been more helpful and with success. Whilst in Panama we were subject to petty crime and Manuel contacted the Police and came with us to the station to make a statement . We had a bigger room . It was quiet, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The WiFi worked well and the room had air-con. The kitchen was well equipt and we cooked a few meals. The staff will do your laundry on site for $6 a load. Excellent location- lots of shops ( food stores) and restaurants nearby. Via Argentina is a 10-15min walk. All in all we were so pleased that we chose Hostel IBRAIS - we came back for another stay! (Manuel stored our bags and had helped organise a San Blas tour)

I had doctors appointments at a hospital near by and this was an easy location to Uber to and from my appointments and labs. I didn't get out to explore the area but it felt quiet and safe at this location. The staff was polite and unobtrusive.
