Very strong and stable Internet which has become sadly a rarity in Arequipa the past year (I have been in and out of Arequipa for a few years). The local market across the street is actually mush bigger than the one tourists visit near the city center. Safe neighborhood and the historic center is walkable.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the location is walking distance to town. We would highly recommend staying here!
