The main thing which was very important they let us check in at 5 am in the morning instead of afternoon as our bus arrived at 4.30 am. He managed to tell us all those things even though he speaks only little english and we speaks only little spanish. Big recommendation for this place.

The inn can conveniently provide information at the reception to help guests to get around the area. The room was comfortable and well decorated, everything was spotless and I slept very well. Vidal and Sonia were the most fantastic hosts. The highlight for me was getting to know them and their home. Vidal helped with mototaxi transfers to the other side of the island and Sonia cooked some glorious meals. They also brought a portable heater in case I got cold. Amazing views. Truly a wonderful place - I would highly recommend.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, always smiling and made us feel like home. They bought coca leaves for us because we had mountain sickness and gave us an entire bag for free. They also allowed us to leave our bags on the last day until the evening so that we could enjoy our tour. We felt very blessed to be welcomed in the inn and we would definitely come back.

The simply-furnished rooms at Pukara House include cable TV, a private bathroom and a safety deposit box. The room was very spatious and clean, bed super comfy and the shower always had hot water. The staff was super friendly and helpful in organizing buses. We chose to stay at this place twice.
