Everyday the scenery changes: We had a big storm while we were there, and the waterfalls doubled in size. It is in a great location for walking, being at the beginning of the pr3 lakes walk, and in the middle of the west coast walk pr1 and 2. The apartment itself is well organised and set out for your needs. kitchen dining and lounge space all with the view over the sea. While we were there because of the rain and the storm it was difficult to dry clothing, but our lovely hostess Andrea dried our clothes in her drier - giving us an opportunity to meet her and the family. Such lovely hosts! Very highly recommend this amazing place. We hope to return very soon!

The rooms are fitted with a TV. Certain rooms feature a seating area where you can relax. Each room has access to a shared bathroom and a shared dining area. The sweetest people as hosts! They hardly speek any other than portuguese but we still got along very well. Their son is helpful with translating if needed. Soo helpful and caring!!

Great location&host, I would recommend it for anyone who looks for simple, but cosy and clean accomodation on Flores island. Great value for money!

Alojamentos Flores Island boasts a beautiful location in the village of Faja Grande and it is surrounded by the beautiful blue sea and magnificent waterfalls. The Santa Cruz das Flores Airport is 18 km away. The location, the kindness of the recepcionist, the cleaning, everything was perfect.

Casa dos Botes is a recently renovated guest house in Santa Cruz das Flores, where guests can make the most of its bar and barbecue facilities. The property features sea and mountain views. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I would highly recommend to stay in Casa dos Botes! The house has a unique history and the objects each tell their own stories...David the host is super skilled and made himself many of the decoration, or he can tell you where each piece comes from - that in itself will make you travel! He is very generous and gives a lot of tips, advice and will make you feel at home in Casa dos Botes! I will for sure be back in this little paradise!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. I am an avid traveler and stayed in many VRBOs, Air BNBs, Camper Vans, and Hotels. This was by far the worst, dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. I urge someone to call me to discuss this.
