Staff were lovely and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. Room lovely. WiFi excellent.

Situated in a restored 18th-century home, Casa Da Piedade offers a lounge with fireplace, outdoor garden with barbecue and brightly decorated rooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Excellent room. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous grounds. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

He arranged a diner outside specially for us and made the most amazing Italian coffee when we woke up. He even brought us up the hill so we could catch the bus to Funchal. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The stay was better than the ad. Communication was excellent with the host, all you need and more to feel like home (washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, etc). Great view, very nice pool, clean. No noise from neighbours because of space between houses, private parking. All in all - a great stay. Book this and you will not regret.
