The AC and multiple ceiling fans both in room and fans outside on your own patio are excellent. It is almost brand new so still has that fresh new look and feel. Plenty of room in the room with excellent kitchenette. Bathroom is extremely nice with great fixtures and a huge shower. Scooter rental available onsite. And the scooters are new and so affordable. This is a bargain all the way around and management is top notch and extremely friendly and personable. My new favorite go to stay when in Ban Phe. If you’re looking for a safe clean comfortable suite, this is the place you’re looking for. If you need a lot of “resort” activities other than a pool then you might not be the right fit for this great resort.

Khao Laem Ya National Park is 7 km from the guest house, while Rayong Botanical Garden is 18 km away. The nearest airport is U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport, 56 km from Yawee & Jo Guesthouse. My parents stayed here as they were visiting Koh Samet for the first time. The owners were absolutely the best. Super nice couple who helped in any way they could, including with transportation to the pier. My mum was amazed about how cleaned the place was. Super comfortable and such a good price. 5 min from the pier. Def recommend!!! Super easy to communicate with the owners. Book it. You will not regret it.

Reto and Tikki are amazing host and will help you in every way you can need. Reto helped us get a scooter to rent (you'll need one) and Tikki made amazing food. The swimmingpool and jacuzzi at the end of a long day were the cherry on top of this stay. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel like home away from home that's the place !

Really beautifully decorated to make you feel like you were in a cosy and unique space. Host really responsive and kind. It had plenty of drinking water available, and I loved their focus on sustainability, eg. Recycling and reusable water bottles.

The owner Pipi helped me when i lost my stuff he brought me to the beach twice because i left my stuff in the wrong motorbike! He always asked if everything is okay ! He provided a free motorbike for the 5 Days i was there! I will stay again next time for sure

The guest house offers a restaurant serving Thai cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. This hotel is in a very convenient place - right next to the pier, a shop and a cafe. It is easy, as when you get to the island, you do not need to get a taxi and can easily rent a motorbike close to the hotel. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and then booked for three more. The room has Netflix and Youtube, they also provided an additional bed for our 4 year old. The ladies provided water and clean towels every day and cleaned the room once in two days. We are not fancy travelers, we really enjoyed the stay and also Koh Samet.

There is a small reggae style bar on site that offers a happy hour every day. Staff was super helpful and friendly. You will have a hard time finding a better deal on a room this nice within a short walk to everything in Sai Kaew.
