The hotel staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. Our rooms were so charming and big. We had an enjoyable breakfast and loved the views of Cappadocia.

The view from the rooftop is lovely to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The location, just slightly outside of the busier city center, and the very nice garden make for a very relaxing breakfast before going out to explore the region. Kemal provided excellent advice, booked a tour for us, and was always very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. We could also leave our bags onsite after check-out and even take a shower in the evening before taking a night bus to our next destination.

Set within Goreme National Park, Paradise Cappadocia offers traditional caves and stone rooms overlooking Cappadocia’s valleys and mountains. Everything, I can not thank all staff in paradise hotel enough, their hospitality was simply heart warming, the help we were given , the compassion, the love, the welcoming. From booking to even after leaving we were blown away. The beauty of Paradise was just incredible, the breakfast was sooo fresh, the view of the balloons , the proximity to the town. It’s literally in the centre but set back away from noise . There is absolutely nothing to dislike ( apart from my waist line from the delicious cake of a morning )

Communication through the booking website (booking.com) was also easy. The room was spacious, yet cozy, clean, and loved the water pressure. There was a nice view of the balloons from the terrace. Laundry services was great. They stored our luggage when we arrived early and also when we had a late night flight leaving Cappadocia. The terrace was always open with tea available. They arranged the shuttle service both ways to the airport. They also arranged a tour for us. The breakfast was great. Its a typical Turkish breakfast. They replenished the buffet area so there was no need to worry about arriving late for breakfast. Overall our stay at the Elysee Cave Hotel was a very pleasant experience and we would stay there again.
