Madison sorted it out with professionalism, courteous and even offered refreshments. she was so patient on the phone, Hampton by Hilton is very lucky to have such a component professional front of house, definitely management potential. we have stayed previously and will definitely be back ! thank you Mary Ireland🇮🇪

As I have friends in the city I'm rarely ever using the facilities available to guests and so cannot comment on them, but whenever I stay the staff are always lovely and accommodating, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and it's never out of my price range regardless of how close to my stay date that I book.
