We booked the runway view room which made the stay even more special. The location was perfect enabling an easy walk to T3. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We ate breakfast in the restaurant- which was also ideal for our needs. All staff we came into contact with were polite and provided excellent service.

We then walked to the wrong location due to the misleading use of similar names for the two Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow etc etc. Hotels. We were not alone in this confusion. It took 2.5 hours to resolve the issue and, 25 pounds each way to get there and back when we thought we were booked into the Heathrow terminal venue rather than the almost identically named one 2kms away. Staff conformed that this is a common error.

This i the one which is REALLY at Terminal 2 and 3. Typing "Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow Airport" into google maps leads you to the wrong one. ;-) Enjoying a nice evening at the bar at the top of the hotel and watching airplanes come and go around you is priceless! :-)
